What We Do...
Herbies Homes, LLC believes in partnering with potential home owners and tenant-buyers. We offer homes primarily in Weld County with a strong focus on Greeley/Evans on a "Lease with Purchase Option" basis. This means that those who would normally be renting year after year, throwing money away paying for someone else's home, can become part of a program that will lead to personal home ownership and an improved financial future.All of our clients can take advantage of "Credit Coaching" free of charge, as well! We keep financial "coaches" on retainer and offer their services to you as part of our program. This process will allow you to restore and rebuild your credit history and credit score, while creating a habit of healthy personal financial management.
A "Lease with Purchase Option" means that you as a Tenant-Buyer have the ability to find a permanent place to live -- your future home. While occupying the property, you have the opportunity to improve the property and possibly even build equity.
Each home has an established reasonable monthly payment: the "Lease". The "Purchase Option" is the best part. It means that in a set time period you have the option of buying the home that you have already been living in, for an agreed upon up-front price. That means you can pick from our inventory of homes, make improvements and memories, knowing that you can purchase your home for a set price!
